Break ground with proof.
Close out with a record.
Measurement reports for bidding, a timestamped site baseline before you mobilize, recurring progress documentation your owners and lenders can actually see, and structure inspections when you need one documented — across the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State.
Four things worth having on file
Book any of these on their own, or run the whole project on a documentation schedule. No contracts and no minimums.
Measurement Reports
Roof and structure measurements captured on a current flight, from a local pilot who can be at the address this week — useful when the available aerial imagery is years stale or the structure is complex enough that the numbers need to be real. Documentation and estimating measurements, not a survey.
See measurement reports →Pre-Construction Documentation
Timestamped condition of the site and the neighboring exteriors before your first truck arrives. When the adjacent owner says your crew cracked their drive or dented their siding, you have dated imagery from the morning you started — and the conversation is over in five minutes.
See pre-construction baselines →Progress Monitoring
Recurring flights from consistent vantage points — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — so month three looks like month two from the same angle. Owners and lenders see real progress against a draw request, and covered work is documented before it goes behind drywall or under backfill.
See progress documentation →Property & Structure Inspections
Roof and exterior condition on a building you’re about to renovate, a completed-work record for closeout or warranty, or a fast look at an active site after weather. AI-powered reporting turns it into something you can forward, not a folder of loose photos.

Most contractors start with the baseline and add progress flights after the first report comes back. Here’s the full arc.
Site Baseline
Existing site and neighboring exteriors, dated before anyone breaks ground.
Progress Flights
Same vantage points every visit, so the comparison actually means something.
Covered Work
Documented before backfill or drywall — the record you’ll want if it’s ever questioned.
Closeout Record
Finished-condition documentation for the owner file, warranty, and your own archive.
- Pre-construction site baseline$349
- Monthly progress flights × 6$1,794
- Project closeout documentation$299
- Total$2,442
The questions contractors ask first
Is this survey-grade? Can you give us boundaries?
No — and we’ll say that up front rather than let you find out later. We provide documentation and estimating measurements from aerial imagery. We do not produce boundary determinations, lot lines, property lines, or survey-grade data, and we don’t offer volumetric or stockpile measurement. Anything that needs a licensed surveyor needs a licensed surveyor. What we’re good at is the dated visual record and the measurements that help you bid and document work.
We do offer a site orthomosaic — a stitched overhead map of the site — for planning, coordination, and visual documentation. It is not a survey product and carries no measurement guarantee. Use it to see the whole site at once and to show people where things are, not to compute quantities from.
Our superintendent already takes site photos.
Most do, and those photos are useful. They’re also shot from wherever he happened to be standing, which makes month three impossible to compare against month two — and they leave with him when he moves to the next job. Progress documentation is the same vantage points every visit, reported in a consistent format, stored where the office can pull it a year later.
Can you fly an active jobsite?
Yes. Flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot, fully insured, scheduled around your operations, and coordinated with your site so we’re not working over active crews. We handle any airspace authorization the address requires — a fair number of Tri-State sites need one.
How fast do we get the report?
A few business days for a documented report. If you need raw imagery faster than that for a draw request or a dispute, say so when you book and we’ll get you the files first and the report after.
Do we have to commit to the whole project?
No contracts, no minimums. Book the baseline and decide about progress flights when you’ve seen it. Most contractors do exactly that.
How big a site can you cover?
Listed rates cover single sites up to roughly five acres. Larger sites and multi-site programs are quoted individually — send the addresses and we’ll price it.

Send the site, pick a cadence
Send Us the Site
Address, rough schedule, and whether you want a one-time baseline or a recurring cadence. We handle airspace authorization and site coordination.
We Fly & Report
An FAA-licensed pilot documents the site from consistent vantage points, and AI-powered reporting turns it into a report you can forward to an owner or a lender.
The Record Builds Itself
Each visit stacks on the last, so by closeout you have the whole project documented in order — without anyone on your crew managing a photo library.
Start with the baseline.
It’s the one that pays for itself the first time an adjacent owner points at your trucks. Send us the site and we’ll get you scheduled before you mobilize.
Tell us about your property
Share what you need documented and we’ll reply with a quote and the next available flight window. Most requests are scheduled within the week.
Got it — thanks.
We’ll be in touch shortly with a quote and the next available flight window. If it’s urgent, call or text 844-362-8359 and you’ll reach us directly.
