Baseline customers: one free post-storm inspection is included. Additional inspections, or documentation after a storm that doesn’t meet the qualifying threshold, are $99 each.

What people ask us
Do I need to be home?
No. We work entirely from outside and don’t need access to the house. We’ll let you know when we’re coming and when we’re finished.
Is this the same as a roofer’s free inspection?
Different thing. A roofing company inspects to find work; we inspect to produce a record. We don’t sell repairs, we don’t bid the job, and we have no stake in what the report says. If your roof is fine, the report says your roof is fine — which is the answer plenty of people are actually paying to get.
Do you handle the claim or work with my insurance?
No. We document property condition and hand you the report — that’s the entire service. We’re not adjusters, we don’t prepare claim estimates, and we don’t represent anyone in a claim. What you do with your report is your business.
Can you tell if there’s a leak or water damage?
We can document what’s visible from the air — lifted shingles, failed flashing, a separated seam, staining on the exterior. We can’t see through materials, so we don’t detect moisture inside a roof assembly or in an attic, and we won’t claim to. If the report shows something that suggests water is getting in, that’s the point to bring in a roofer.
Is flying a drone over my property legal?
Yes, done properly. Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certificates, we’re insured, and we obtain whatever airspace authorization your address requires — a fair number of addresses around here need one because of the airport. We fly your property, at your request.
What if the weather turns?
We reschedule at no charge. Wind and rain make for bad imagery, and a bad inspection isn’t worth anyone’s money.
Should I get the $199 inspection or the $249 baseline?
If you have a specific worry about the roof and want an answer, the $199 inspection is the right size. If you want the whole property documented — siding, windows, flatwork, grounds — and a dated record kept on file to compare against later, that’s the baseline, and it renews at $149 a year. Most people who are thinking about storms rather than a specific problem end up wanting the baseline.
