White-Label Roofer Inspection Program | Branded Annual Roof Reports | Docu-Fly
White-Label Roofer Program

Your name on their roof.
Every single year.

A roof lasts 20 years — most roofers are forgotten in two. We fly annual drone inspections of your past customers’ roofs, branded entirely to your company, so when damage shows up, you get the first call.

From $69 per roof, per year  ·  measurement reports $79

How it works

You did the work. We keep you top of mind.

Enroll your past customers and the program runs itself — every flight, every report, every storm response carries your brand, not ours.

1

Year one: the flyover

We inspect every enrolled roof and deliver an AI-powered condition report carrying your logo, your colors, and your phone number — a professional touchpoint your customer keeps.

2

Every year after

A fresh annual report lands with your customer — from you. Anything we find becomes your warm repair lead with photos in hand, not a competitor’s door-knock.

3

When the storm hits

Every enrolled home gets one free post-storm inspection per year. Your customers call you first — with documentation ready for the insurance claim.

Measurement reports at the program rate

Enrolled partners pay $79 per roof measurement report instead of the $149 standalone rate — slope, pitch, area by facet and linear footage from a current flight, plus condition imagery from the same pass. Program orders get scheduled ahead of one-off requests. If you run even a few a month, the measurements alone cover a good share of what the program costs. See what’s in a measurement report → Documentation and estimating measurements only — not a survey, and no boundaries or lot lines.

$149
Standalone

Post-storm inspections activate on qualifying events (hail 1″ or larger, or a named wind event in the property’s ZIP) and are completed within a 21-day window. Minimum enrollment 50 roofs. Pricing billed annually per enrolled roof.

$79
Per roof, per year

A single cold storm lead costs $150–$300 — and the homeowner has never heard of you. This program costs $79 per roof per year at the 100-roof tier, puts your name on their kitchen table every spring, and hands you every repair it finds. One recovered re-roof pays for a 100-home book’s entire year.

Straight answers

The questions owners ask first

Whose name is actually on the report?

Yours. Your logo, your colors, your phone number, on every report and every leave-behind. The only mark of ours is a small “Powered by Docu-Fly” credit in the footer, which is there so a homeowner who asks about the drone gets a straight answer rather than a mystery. Your customer’s relationship stays with you.

Why not just buy our own drone?

Plenty of companies do, and for storm season it can make sense. What in-house programs run into is follow-through: your crew’s time is worth more on a roof than flying one, and the annual pass that nobody is scheduled to do quietly stops happening in year two. That annual pass is the entire product here. We’re a route we fly whether or not it’s a busy week for you.

Why the 50-roof minimum?

Route density. We price this against clustered flights — six to ten homes in a neighborhood in one trip — and below about 50 roofs the driving costs more than the flying. If your book is smaller and geographically tight, tell us where; sometimes the math still works.

What counts as a qualifying storm?

Hail an inch or larger, or a named wind event in the property’s ZIP code. We respond within 21 days of the event, and enrolled books at the 100+ tiers get scheduled first. Anything outside that definition is still available — it’s just billed as an additional inspection rather than included.

What happens to the leads you find?

They go to you, with photos. We don’t do repair work, we don’t refer findings to anyone else, and we don’t sell the data. Staying neutral is what makes the report credible to your customer in the first place — a report from someone who benefits from finding damage reads differently.

How do we get our customer list into the program?

Send it however you keep it — a spreadsheet, a CRM export, a list of addresses. Year one includes enrollment onboarding, and at the 250+ tier we’ll walk your office staff through it directly. Homeowners get a branded notice from you before the first flight so nobody is surprised by a drone.

See a sample report with your logo on it.

Tell us about your company and the size of your past-customer list. We’ll send back a sample white-label report in your branding and a quote for your book — no commitment.
